Heather is currently pursuing several EAP panels in the Waco, Texas area, including ComPsych, Beacon Health Options and Deer Oaks EAP services.

What are the rates and is there a sliding scale?

Currently Heather is accepting private pay clients at the following rates:
 
Individuals $75 per session (50 minutes), Initial session $90 (90 minutes)
 
Couples $90 per session (50 minutes), Initial session $105 (90 minutes)
 
No sliding scale options at this time.
 
Cash or check accepted.

Do you have to be familiar with counseling or therapy prior to scheduling an appointment?

Absolutely not!  
Heather will meet you right where you are in your journey and the two of you will discuss your goals for your time together.
